| Metal Structure |
- 2.5 mm-4 mm thick cold profiled galvanized structure, welded at the 4 corners of the container
- The posts are galvanised sheet metal cold rolled with a material thickness of 2,5 mm-4 mm, REMOVABLE SYSTEM WITH BOLTS
- Four corner pieces twist lock system according to ISO specifications, SANDED and then primed
- Static calculation of the metal structure according to EN standards.
- Cold profiled galvanized structure with water drainage channel and 50 mm diameter drainpipes located in the 4 corners of the container insulated with mineral wool to prevent freezing.

- Profiles are degreased with thinners and then painted in a professional oven

| Metal frame and panel colour |
- The metal frame is painted with AkzoNobel International Paint special POLYURETHANE paint for galvanized surfaces
- Painting in a closed environment in a professional oven with heating.
- Standard colour of the metal frame is RAL 9010 white/RAL 5010 blue or 7016 anthracite grey (other colours from the paint supplier's palette can be applied on request).
- The thickness of the paint layer after oven drying is minimum 80 microns
- C5M paint on request

- The standard colour of the sandwich panels is RAL 9010 white/RAL 5010 blue or 7016 anthracite grey, but on request it is possible to order panels in the desired colour for quantities of more than 250 sqm (1xmodular container 40 sqm approx.).
- 60 mm thick with PUR polyurethane foam with 2 mm deep micro-sealed outer surface
- RAL 9010 interior colour smooth surface and RAL 9010 white/RAL 5010 blue or 7016 anthracite grey exterior colour with cupped surface
- Thermal conductivity λ=0.33w/mk;
- Sound insulation 33-34 db, according to ISO L40/V; fire resistance B1

- Sockets located according to customer request
- Circuit breaker located next to the door
