- 2.0 mm thick cold rolled galvanized structure, welded at the 4 corners of the container.
- The posts are cold rolled galvanized sheet metal with a material thickness of 2.0 mm.

- Profiles are degreased with thinners and then painted in a professional oven

| Metal frame and panel colour |
- The metal frame is painted with special POLYURETHANE paint for galvanized surfaces
- Painting in a closed environment in a professional oven with heating.
- Standard colour of the metal frame is RAL 9010 white/RAL 5010 blue or 7016 anthracite grey (other colours from the paint supplier's palette can be applied on request).
- The thickness of the paint layer after oven drying is minimum 50 microns

- The standard colour of the sandwich panels is RAL 9010 white/RAL 5010 blue or 7016 anthracite grey but on request we can order panels in the desired colour for quantities of more than 250 sq.m. (1 modular container 40 sq.m. approx.)
- 40 mm thick with PUR polyurethane foam with 2 mm thick indented outer surface
- Ral 9010 interior colour of the cutaway surface / RAL 9010 white/RAL 5010 blue or 7016 anthracite grey exterior colour of the cutaway surface
- Thermal conductivity λ=0.45w/mk;
- Sound insulation 33-34 db, according to ISO L40/V; fire resistance B1
